How long will my goodies take to arrive?
In stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering if ordered on a business day. Items ordered on the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. For US residents all orders are shipped at a flat rate of US$3.90 and should arrive to you within 2-5 business days (remote areas may take a little longer). For residents outside of the US, orders are shipped by first class international mail at a flat rate of US$9.90 and should arrive within 3-10 business days. No matter how many shirts you order*, you only pay for postage once.
*contact us first for very large orders. You may be required to pay customs fees/duties for orders exceeding a certain amount, check with your local customs office to find out.
How much does postage cost?
For US residents all orders are shipped at a flat rate of US$3.90 and should arrive to you within 2-5 business days (remote areas may take a little longer). So what’s with the flat postage rates?
Here at Fashion Dr. we like to keep things simple. To make postage costs easier for everyone involved we use flat postage rates. This means we absorb some of the postage costs for the more expensive postage zones, while still trying to keep the rates cheap for local orders, and you don’t have to guess how much your postage is going to add up to because no matter how many shirts you order*, you only pay for postage once.

Do I need a PayPal® account to purchase items from Fashion Dr.?
No, although all our payments are handled by PayPal® you don’t need a PayPal® account to make a purchase. You can still pay using your credit card. If you do choose to set up a PayPal® account, you won’t have to fill out all your details every time you make a purchase and you can pay by credit card, debit card or straight from your bank account.
Can I pay using a method other than through PayPal®?
No, we use PayPal® for security and convenience. We don’t want to risk our customer’s personal and financial information by using other payment methods. PayPal® is easy, secure and free to use, to learn more about how PayPal® handles your personal information, click here.
Why are all your prices in U.S. Dollars?
Fashion Dr. ships its goods all over the world. To make this easier for our customers (and lets be honest, ourselves), we give all prices in U.S. Dollars. PayPal® will automatically convert your currency into U.S. Dollars, so you can just purchase without having to worry about it (your credit card company may charge a conversion fee).
Is your site secure?
Our site does not use encryption because we will never ask you to enter your personal details on our site. After you have selected your items and proceeded to the shopping cart, you will be taken to our PayPal page to enter your personal and payment details (which is VERY secure).

How do I order a Fashion Dr. gift certificate?
Fashion Dr. gift certificates are provided through PayPal®. Simply click on the “Buy a Fashion Dr. Gift Certificate” link at the top of the main window to be taken to the gift certificate purchase screen. Enter your details and the details of the recipient and then choose your payment method, enter your payment details and click purchase. You will be emailed a receipt for you purchase, and the recipient will be instantly emailed the gift certificate.
Do I need a PayPal® account to order a Fashion Dr. gift certificate?
No, you don’t need a PayPal® account to order a gift certificate or to purchase anything from the Fashion Dr. online store. However the recipient of the gift certificate will need a PayPal® account to redeem it. PayPal® accounts are free, secure, and easy to set up, to learn more about how PayPal® handles your personal information, click here.
Does the recipient need a PayPal® account to redeem the Gift Certificate?
Yes, the recipient will need a PayPal® account to redeem their Fashion Dr. gift certificate. They can set up an account after receiving the gift certificate or whenever they are ready to redeem it (the gift certificate includes instructions on setting up a PayPal® account). PayPal® accounts are free, secure, and easy to set up, to learn more about how PayPal® handles your personal information, click here.
Can I exchange a Fashion Dr. gift certificate for cash?
No, there are no refunds for Fashion Dr. gift certificates or items bought with a Fashion Dr. gift certificate. Items bought with a Fashion Dr. gift certificate can only be exchanged for another garment (see above for exchange procedure).
Is it true that if you don't use it, you lose it?
No, Fashion Dr. gift certificates do not expire; they can be used whenever the recipient wants, at any time, anywhere in the world.

What is the procedure for returning faulty garments?
In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty due to materials or workmanship please contact us immediately and let us know your full name and address, the item you are returning, and why the item is faulty. Also let us know whether you want to exchange the item for a new one, or whether you would prefer a refund, then send it back to us via the address on our contact page (we will refund the price of your return postage upon recieving the garment), you must also include a note with the garment telling us your full name, address and email so we can identify you. Please note; If you choose to exchange a faulty garment, it may only be exchanged for one of the same colour/size/style. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
Can non-faulty Fashion Dr. garments be returned?
Yes, you can return any unworn, unwashed garments for exchange or for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it (garments bought with a Fashion Dr. gift certificate can only be exchanged, not refunded). You will however have to pay for postage to send it back to us so try and choose carefully. Please contact us via email to tell us your full name and address, the item you are returning, whether you would like to swap it for another item/colour/size or whether you would like a refund, and the reason for returning it. You must also include a note with the garment telling us your full name, address and email so we can identify you.
